Faculty Student Services Office
The Faculty Student Services Office (FSSO) is located on Level 2, Building 400. The FSSO is responsible for providing administrative services to the Faculty's students for all aspects of enrolment management that have been devolved to Faculties.
These include undergraduate, postgraduate and international enrolments, amendments, course switches, record maintenance (e.g., name/address changes), advice about student records, leave of absence, enrolment and withdrawal confirmation, and completion approval for graduation.
Some of the services available to Areas encompass examinations - results entry/reports, result sheet upload assistance, VC's list preparation, consequential withdraw reports, updating Enrol Now, course change assistance, class timetabling/registration preparation.
The FSSO also enters data to Student One from teaching proposal documentation presented to the Faculty Teaching and Learning Committee, advising on administrative content, and ensuring data accuracy by checking the final drafts with the proposer before allowing the development to proceed to the next stage of the approvals process.
FSSO staff represent the Faculty's interests at some educational expos and other student recruiting events.
